The whole return process was a mess. I sent everything back and then had to wait weeks for my refund, while support kept giving me vague answers that didn’t really help. At a certain point I was just like, give me a break

I ordered from freshyworld.com and the website itself worked fine, but when I got to the payment step I felt a little unsure. It wasn’t very clear what kind of security they use, and I didn’t notice much info about how card details are protected. The whole thing also had that feeling like there wasn’t really a real person or support team behind it if something went wrong. Maybe everything is safe, but I’d feel better seeing more trust signals before paying there again.

My order ended up arriving later than expected, and compared to other places I’ve ordered from, the tracking was unhelpful and barely updated. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really give me much useful information. Overall, it just wasn’t a great experience.

I tried using the website the other night while having a cup of tea, and it was a bit of a pain. The pages took longer to load than I expected, and the menus weren’t very clear, so I kept clicking around trying to find what I needed. Maybe I’m just impatient, but it felt more confusing than it needed to be.

I ordered from Freshy World the packaging was rough when it arrived. The box was crushed, like seriously crushed, and it looked like it had been tossed around a bunch. The packaging just didn’t feel sturdy at all, and some of the items inside didn’t seem very secure either. I kept thinking the same thing: the packaging was just not good. Not the best experience

I was about to place an order on freshyworld.com, but once I got to checkout, the shipping fee was way higher than I expected. It made the total feel not really worth it anymore.
Maybe it makes sense if you’re ordering around a bigger amount, but for a small order like mine, it felt ridiculous. I ended up just closing the page.

I ordered from freshyworld.com hoping the item would be decent, but i was a bit let down when it arrived. It didn’t really match the pictures, and the overall feel was kind of cheap, though to be fair, maybe I just got unlucky with mine.
There were some marks on it, and the material didn’t feel very nice right out of the package. After using it once, it already started looking worn, which was disappointing, but I guess it might be okay for someone who isn’t expecting much.

I ordered once and, I don’t know, it just felt too expensive for what it was. Nothing was awful or anything, but the quality didn’t really match the price for me. Like, it was fine, just not something I’d pay that much for again. I feel like you can find similar stuff elsewhere for less...

I went on freshyworld.com thinking there’d be more to browse, but it felt limited fast. I usually do that quick scan thing where I check a few categories and decide if a site is worth digging through, and a lot of them looked kind of empty. Some of the stuff I had in mind just wasn’t there either. If you like comparing a bunch of options before buying, this probably isn’t the best place for that.
